Cancelling an order
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 working days from the date you place your order. To cancel your order please contact us in writing within 30 days. You can email us using the contacts page on the website.
Subscription Renewals:
Annual, automatic subscriptions are optional (except for Pro Operator magazine) and all courses are available as individual purchases. Users are required to check their points status with their members organisations before purchasing courses for which points may not be eligible.
Subscription payments will renew automatically every year. Prior to automatically debiting your account or card, we will contact you by email to confirm that your subscription is about to be renewed. To cancel your subscription please contact us in writing at least 14 days before your renewal date or log in to MY PROFILE and cancel your subscription there.
You can also choose to cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us directly.
Cancelling Pro Operator Magazine:
You may cancel your subscription to PRO OPERATOR at any time. To cancel your subscription please contact us in writing. A refund will be applied for any magazines not yet received as part of your annual subscription.
Cancelling Ei OPERATOR Membership:
If you have an existing subscription, you may cancel your subscription to the Ei OPERATOR website at any time. To cancel your subscription please contact us in writing. A refund will only be applied if no CPD training has been undertaken and will then be based on the number of months during the subscription period that are cancelled. If you have accessed any CPD training at any time during your subscription, then no refund will be made, except in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of MWR Media Ltd.
When will I receive my refund?
We action all refunds within 14 days and it can take up to 3 working days for the refund to show on your card.
My Payment Card has changed/expired. How will I receive my refund?
We process all refunds to the original card used when you placed your order. If your card has expired, we will either send a cheque to cover any refund costs, or we may request additional card details to bring your account up to date so a refund can be made directly.
Delivery:
For UK customers– Subscribers to PRO OPERATOR magazine will receive their issue within 5 days of the publishing date as specified on the website.
For other European customers – Subscribers to PRO OPERATOR magazine will receive their issue within 10 days of the publishing date as specified on the website.
For non-European customers – Subscribers to PRO OPERATOR magazine will receive their issue within 21 days of the publishing date as specified on the website.
