Welcome to the start of the ten-point Pro Operator training course.

This course comprises six separate lessons designed to take a sprayer operator through many of the key challenges facing sprayer operators today.

The six key areas are:

• Protecting beneficials
• How droplet size influences application
• Precise applications
• How to test your application
• Overcoming resistance
• Glyphosate stewardship

Some of the lessons include PDF downloads which you can keep for future reference as well as videos to watch and in-lesson quizzes. The quizzes are designed to keep you engaged in the learning process but do not count towards your final results.

At the end of each lesson there is an end of lesson test. You must complete all six lessons and then achieve 80% in each of the tests to earn ten NRoSO/BASIS points. If you do not answer enough of the test questions correctly the first time, you will be able to retake the test until you do. Just click the restart test button.

You will need to follow the lessons in order, watch all the videos and you must complete all of the lessons and pass all of the end of lessons tests to finish the course. Follow the prompts throughout each lesson to move through the course to the final test.

If you log out of the course at the end of a lesson, it will save your progress up to that point for when you return. This means you don’t have to complete the entire course in one go.

Once you have completed the course and passed the last test at the end, the course will show as 100% complete and we will then send your ten points to NRoSO and/or BASIS for you.

Your points will also appear in your EiO account in My Profile where they will stay for 12 months at which point they will expire. Once expired, you will be able to take this course again, but you should not do so before the expiry date.
