Working with agri-robotics?

Industry standards now require businesses, their managers and employees to follow the British Standards Institution’s Code of Practice for the safe use of autonomous mobile machines – BS 8646:2023

These courses are accredited by Lantra who will award a certificate to all those who successfully achieve the grade required to pass. This will provide evidence should you need it, that staff are trained in the safe use of agri-robotics, are familiar with the safety issues they raise and most importantly are equipped with the knowledge and skills to work alongside them in a safe and controlled environment.

Our Courses

All courses are broken down into individual lessons, which divide the information into manageable chunks. The courses finish with a final test which is compulsory. You will need to score 80% to pass and you can re-take the test as many times as it takes to pass. ‘Quick Quizzes’ are included in each lesson and while they do not contribute to the overall assessment score, they help keep you engaged and actively learning, ready for the end of course test.

We advise using a PC or laptop and not to attempt to complete the training on a mobile phone. We recommend making a few notes as you progress through the course, but you can also use the course grid to navigate between lessons if you need to re-read any of the course material before taking the final test. You do not have to complete a course in one sitting – your progress will be saved to your account so you can come back later to continue where you left off.
